Guide to Carlton Landing Parks & Pools

  Pavilion Park

  Pavilion Park acts as the Carlton Landing welcome mat. Situated at the north end of the park, a beautiful pavilion serves as a stage for concerts and social functions, as well as a forum for guest speakers. The park is designed to accommodate a variety of events, from festive neighborhood barbecues to memorable wedding receptions.

  Boardwalk Pool

  Located at the intersection of Boulevard and Boardwalk, the pool is a short stroll from the Town Center. Soak up the sun in a teak lounge chair or find relief in the cool shade of a vine-covered pergola. Shower off in the private bath houses available on either side of the signature Boardwalk Pool tower. The kids love the splash pad, and the hot tub stays open late into the evening from late Spring to the end of October.

  Tower Court Pool

  Located at the end of Tower Court and directly off Lower Greenway, this gorgeous pool features a salt water system and incredible views. With an option for younger children to enjoy playing in the shallow kiddie pool, Tower Court is the perfect spot to relax or splash and have fun from late Spring to the end of October.

  Firefly Park

  Surrounded by cottage lots, Firelfy Park is a tree-lined open space that can accommodate a large gathering, pick-up football game, or just tossing around a Frisbee with friends. In the event of a medical emergency, the park also serves as a helicopter-landing site.

  Cottage Court

  This park is located across the street from Firefly Park and features a center fire pit and adirondack chairs for community gatherings or roasting marshmallows.

  Redbud Park

  This “U” shaped park is surrounded by beautiful homes and mature trees.  This park is a favorite place to hang a hammock to relax or take your family out for a picnic.

  Bocce Ball Park

  Bocce Ball Park features 3 Bocce Ball Courts and an outdoor ping pong table.  This park is located directly off of Upper Boardwalk and adjacent to Lower Greenway Park.

  Pistache Park

  At the end of a long walkway adorned with twinkling string lights, near Lower Greenway Park, you will find this serene retreat. Pistache park is also lovingly called “Hidden Park” by locals due to it’s secluded nature.  This park has a slide and balance beam for children and also provides access to two hammocks for a moment of relaxation

  Lower Greenway Park

  A long linear landscaped park located along Lower Greenway directly adjacent to the bocce ball courts.

  Nature Center

  Reconnect with the natural world with miles of walking trails, the Carlton Landing Nature Center and an outdoor playground. Through partnership with The Nature Conservancy, the Nature Center offers exhibits and outdoor learning environments to the students of Carlton Landing Academy as well as Carlton Landing guests.

• 

  Town Green & Swim Beach

  The Town Green is located on Water Street and overlooks the lake and encompasses the town swim beach. With easy access to the food truck court and the marina, the Town Green is a favorite place to relax.

  Overlook Park

  One of the most iconic views in all of Carlton Landing, it is hard to miss the Overlook on the drive into town. This park is known for beautiful sunrises and outdoor fitness classes.

• 

  Community Garden

  Beautiful in all seasons. Home to not only fresh herbs, greens and beautiful flowers but a flock of chickens in a quaint coop. The garden truly is a community effort with several of our residents caring for different aspects.

  Ping Pong Tables

  There are four ping pong tables ready and equipped throughout town: one at Pavilion Park, one on the Park Street Lake Approach, one by Bocce Ball Park and one at Boardwalk Pool.

  Food Truck Park

  Retro airstreams serving treats like snow cones and BBQ, stop by in the Summer season to see what’s available.
