A little Carlton Landing real estate stalking

August 19, 2017

BONA CASA (AKA, THE BOCCE BALL HOUSE) First up is this darling vacation rental located on Upper Boardwalk across from the bocce ball courts. It’s light and bright, and has a fun third story loft with three cute little beds tucked under the eaves.  The builder is a friend of ours and I love what they create. I need to find out what the paint color is on this bathroom vanity. It’s the most perfect pale blue/green/gray. Barn door into the master bath. Still very much a big trend.

COURTYARD COTTAGE

Next up is one of my favorite houses in CL, now owned by some friends of ours. It was one of the first houses built in Carlton Landing and is located on the most charming courtyard. The trees have grown up around it, and it’s so dreamy on the upper porch.  You might not have even noticed it when you stroll by on Park Street as it’s set off the street in the loveliest little courtyard. It’s gotten a fresh coat of bright white paint too.

REDBUD PARK HOME

Finally, this one was for the real estate office and it just sold, but wowza. I couldn’t get enough of this enormous great room with so many excellent details. Shale grey built-ins in a corner of the kitchen against loads of white elongated subway tile and dark wood beams. Another pale aqua/grey paint color to track down. I’m sensing a pretty great trend here. Ok, that does it for this week’s installment of real estalking… Love? Hate? Want more of this? Let me know in the comments. ]]>
